HHS Violates Free Speech Protections
Part 1: Malinformation is my weapon of choice
So you thought the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was going to protect the health of the citizens of this great republic…
The last three years convincingly demonstrated several counterfactuals.
Even if we believe HHS was founded on the premise that they serve on the front lines of health policy, reality has drifted far off the mark.
HHS and it’s many subordinate departments are captured by the pharmaceutical industry.
HHS implements health policy directed by political interests.
Do you know what health policy HHS intends to implement next? They intend to require the use of pronouns in their official communications.
As many of you know, I have been engaged in the fight against illegal vaccine mandates. I have no regrets and am a happy warrior; however, I often tell people I would have changed some of my tactics if I were able to go back in time and start over. Before diving into the specific actions one must take to fight forced speech and obvious first amendment violations, let’s examine how one engages in information warfare.
Armed with my hard won experience, please allow me to illustrate how I might defend myself against HHS pronoun policy, if I were unlucky enough to be subject to their employment regulations.
So pronouns, huh. You think workforce pronouns are good thing? They’ll help the trans community?

Iran is the Muslim world’s center for gender affirming care. This is the ultimate expression of support for those seeking to identify as something other than their birth gender. Right?
You may ask why theocrats in Iran allow for this paradoxical support to transgenders.
Well… If they can’t convince highly oppressed homosexuals from the Muslim world that they are heretics, and they haven’t yet been killed by the religious edicts emanating from the aging population of Shahs in Qom, Iran, then they will make sure they enforce the appearance of piousness.
You heard that right. They hate gays so much, they will surgically alter their blasphemous wayward sheep. As abhorrent and repulsive as Iran’s previous religious edicts on homosexuality may have been, they won’t even stick to the relatively merciful albeit barbaric policy of throwing fellow human beings off the top of a building.
You know… give them a quick death. Iran wants to make sure they suffer for a lifetime.
If you can’t beat ‘em, cut ‘em.
So… I don’t want to be the one to tell you this… but… you are on a very slippery slope. You and the policies you embrace have all the hallmarks of a government calling for the genocide of another nation and without a doubt… You… are most likely… secretly…
… a racist who hates homosexuals.
In the US, homosexuals fought real discrimination so that they can love who they want without stigma. As a fellow human being, love is something I can get behind. I defend one’s inalienable right to pursue happiness. Who cares what two people do in the privacy of their own home as long as it is consensual and they are not harming others?
You know what else nobody cares about?
No one cares about data, or evidence, or legal arguments rooted in case law. If you are going to get into a fight, it is best to understand the arms race you have entered. Their weapons of war are name calling and fear. They assume we all are afraid of being called a racist. They assume we fear being cancelled.
They also understand the value of taking every inch of ground and holding on to those gains, no matter how trivial they may seem. A pronoun may seem minor, but speech is the instantiation of thought. When speech changes then thinking can be manipulated, and that is when delusions can be made into reality.
Do you think a man can become a woman? Some people already do…
You know… You might just be a … racist homophobe…
Like a bioweapon of limited efficacy deployed against one’s enemies, we have been exposed to baseless character attacks so many times, we are immune to their labels and its effect. We have already achieved herd immunity.
They forgot a fundamental principle of biowarfare. If you are going to deploy a bioweapon, like any good manufacturer from the military industrial complex, one must first inoculate one’s troops against the poison.
These pronoun-embracing admirers of genocidal theocracies are still highly susceptible to this form of attack: the racist-cancellation bioweapon (RCB). Anyone too close to the infected can fall ill and meet the same fate. It is perfect for an immoral war.
… but they forgot to vaccinate themselves… or maybe the frequent vaccination drives made them more susceptible to the pathogen.
Like any well-laid ambush, it should be initiated by a claymore, overwhelming firepower, and violence of action.
After recounting the parallels between Iran’s repressive theocracy intent on mutilating homosexuals, in a short declarative sentence tell them that the use of alternate pronouns may make them racist homophobes. You might also follow up with widespread news detailing the gay community’s backlash over having their movement sequestered by transvestic fetishists, pedophiles, predators, and pharma-bought doctors too frightened to properly treat gender dysphoria.
The useful idiots will be in disarray after being pummeled by an assault with the most powerful weapon they possess. You will have delivered a decisive blow to their readiness posture and sent them scurrying back to their safe spaces to erase the words whispering rent-free in their skulls… racist… homophobe… theocrat…
Like a bioweapon, the attack will linger long after being released. The disoriented progressive proletariat who managed to temporarily retreat will be emerging from a long, hot shower, desperately hoping to have cleansed the bigot label from their inner monologue. Standing ten inches from the mirror, leaning in with a pained inquisitive look, wiping clear a steamy film so they can get a good, long look at their self-hate, they’ll be asking themselves,
“Am I really a racist?”
Once you have engaged in a shock and awe campaign that labels them for cancelation, you have prepped the battlefield and it will be fertile ground for a blitz. Malinformation is my weapon of choice. It is the use of factual information that the enemies of truth find inconvenient and counter productive to their Machiavellian objectives.
Malinformation is a painful truth and destroyer of lies
This phase of the operation should be executed with precision. The architects of pronoun policy will be clutching their pearls, but make no mistake; unlike the rank-and-file NPCs, they are not in disarray. You have demonstrated parity in the arms race, but as it turns out, mutually assured destruction never decisively wins a war. It simply creates forever conflicts.
They believe they have us locked away, incapable of causing harm to their program. Some of the inmates in their prison are institutionalized, and want you to conform to the order they have established. Others are waiting for someone to show them a pathway to freedom.
Now is the time to utilize our most deadly weapon to turn the tide. We must speak truth. Those that stand in opposition, by labeling it as disinformation, have done us the favor of identifying which truth is most destructive to the web of lies they have woven. It is a weakness we must exploit, and as a veteran grassroots information combatant, I can attest that disinformation, misinformation, and malinformation operations always retain truth at the core of a successful campaign.
When Fauci sought to silence the possibility of a lab leak by initiating a censorship program and subverting safeguard processes, they inadvertently handed the enemies of the United States an easy win. The Russians disseminated mass messaging related to US involvement in bioweapons research, and even China tried to claim that the wet works for a global pandemic occurred in the United States.
You are a fool if you don’t think the Russians and the Chinese will take every opportunity to damage the United States, but the damage didn’t just stop at foreign influence. When white hats from the USG and the private sector spoke up about the obvious implications of a lab leak, our own government cast them aside and often claimed they were working as foreign proxies.
When counterfactuals occurred making a lab leak and US funding for Gain of Function (GoF) research the most likely scenario, the US Government’s previous actions accomplished four things.
They damaged the strongest scientific experts in the health community.
These scientists, academics, and government professionals had their influence diminished and they were marginalized.
The public no longer viewed the USG or HHS as an honest broker.
The motives of our political and bureaucratic class came under question.
For at least the last 30 years, I assumed that the incompetence I have witnessed from our political and administrative class was the product of unhappy accidents. When I saw bumbling Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) leg-humpers, successfully failing upwards with a consistent record of sexual harassment and operational failures, I assumed they were aberrations.
I am a slow learner even when I already know the answers. I was being preprogrammed, but that is an advanced information warfare lesson best included in a future topical discussion…. We are focusing on information warfare fundamentals and how to fight forced speech.
There are a four principles one must keep in mind when engaging in information warfare.
Attack the strongest enemy first.
Ensure your target has a wide audience and broad influence.
Every message should contain enough truth to appear true.
Cast doubt on the motives and purpose of those in leadership.
You may be asking yourself why I haven’t yet discussed the specific actions we need to take to fight HHS pronoun policy. I have mentioned everything from Iran to bioweapons, but haven’t directly addressed HHS pronoun policy. This essay is broken down into four parts. Parts one and two discuss how to approach the problem, and parts three and four will arm the reader with tailored tools to castrate the policy before it reproduces itself elsewhere.
Truth is a noble war. It is righteous and my intent is to arm you with enough information to lead where no leaders have emerged, and fight for people unprepared and unwilling to take risks. Even if you can’t act, sharing what you know moves us all in the right direction. My recommendations are sincere and I hope they help.
I have one other seemingly obvious recommendation born from my professional experience. Never trust anyone completely; trust in actions, not their words, and always follow the money. When the words and actions diverge and money changes hands, that is weakness that can be exploited. Everyone has motives and they are never fully transparent.
If they say otherwise, they are lying.
